Among the key programs highlighted in this strategy are the Moonshot initiative and Catalisti, the innovation cluster for chemical and platics industry. Both programs play a crucial role in supporting industrial transformation, sustainable innovation, and knowledge valorization.

With €20M in annual grants for 20 years, it funds industry-driven research to cut industrial CO2 emissions. Projects require strong industrial interest for funding. Companies engage via Advisory Boards, guiding research for industrial relevance, discovering innovations early, and thus shaping a more sustainable Flemish industry.
