Responsibilities and tasks

• You co-develop new products and processes
• You operate production equipment, mainly high-tech pilot plants
• You define the production process, equipment and process parameters
• You use your magic to come up with new ideas and to deliver successful prototypes
• You think about new solutions, product improvements in the field of eco-plastics
• You contribute your knowledge from the first idea till the delivery of prototypes and upscaling towards final production phase

Your skills

• Master’s degree in Engineering: e.g. (Polymer) Chemistry, Electro-mechanics
• Strong affinity with the plastics industry (specialty monomers and polymers) and eager to evolve in the business of ecological plastics
• Preferably 3+ years of experience with high-tech piloting and production equipment
• Ambition to build new products and processes from kg to ton scale
• Your differentiating can-do mentality gives a daily boost in your pioneering role
• You are an excellent finisher of B4plastics’ world-new projects and products
